Liverpool will target Maxi Gomez after Luis Suarez told his former club to sign the Celta Vigo hotshot.
Barcelona striker Suarez still has a big soft spot for Liverpool and is desperate for the club to win the Premier League after he narrowly missed out while at Anfield.
And he has told his Anfield pals that Celta Vigo ace Gomez is the man they need to make their forward line even more fearsome.
But Liverpool face competition for the £35m Uruguayan as Chelsea are also after the 22-year-old, according to The Sun .
