For a number of years Juventus have been considered to be one of the best teams in Italy, and the entire world. Twice the winner of the Champions League, the Turin team have welcomed some of the great players, such as Platini, Pirlo and even Cristiano Ronaldo.
But Juventus is not particularly loved, especially in their homeland, Italy. Following a recent survey, 38% of Italian football fans said they hated the Old Lady. But why?
Here are four reasons why they are hated in Italy.

you said they cheated but its actually not correct they being cheating and keep doing it since Agnelli family (Richest and one of most influential in Italy at that time) acquired Juventus yes they had always more money and stronger teams but if you look at international titles they are 3rd among Italian teams that's because you get no favors outside the borders and honestly look at them now still by far the strongest team in Italy but keep getting favors from referees even it's not necessary at all. I'm not gonna write here all dirty acts of Juventus the list it's far too long there is a lot of information about this online.

Short answer, because they cheat
You missed the main reason of hatred towards Juve amongst italians.
Although based in Turin, Juve has no territorial fan base. Their following is mainly from southern italians and whoever comes from areas where there are successful clubs. Not only that. They hardly ever have homegrown champions to represent them. While Totti and Maldini did it in their club, Bettega is the last loyal Juventus representative from 40 odd years ago! They poach players from smaller clubs and make them their own. It's not a mystery that while Juve won a lot in italy with their first XI, they won relatively less with their youth teams. Nevertheless, they historically maintain always an high number of Italian players in their squad so that their fans feel represented somehow, expecially when they get called to play for Italy.
Juve is the team picked by whoever wants to feel superior on Monday morning and have only victories to pride themselves.
What happened recently with their sales just add another insult: they sold or loaned out players at inflated prices to their "satellite" clubs (Genoa, samp, udinese…) so that they could balance their red books with the financial fair play.
People in Italy didn't hate AC Milan during their heydays. And they were winning a lot. Juve has always been notorious for their dodgy match fixing, conning, refs influence, controversial transfer tactics and lack of territorial ownership. Every true Torinese supports Torino.
